This Privacy Policy applies to YOU-DARE website and governs personal data collection and use by the website only. YOU-DARE is committed to being transparent and to ensuring your privacy is protected. By using our website, you consent to personal data practices described below. YOU-DARE Privacy Policy is effective from 1st February 2025. We reserve the right to update or change the policy at any time, therefore you may want to review it periodically.

While using our site, you can voluntarily share with us your name and/or email address through YOU-DARE contact page and subscription to our newsletter tool.

We may use this information to send you our newsletter, disseminate information about YOU-DARE activities and results or to share information from other projects or third parties which we think you may find interesting. 

Sharing of personal data that we collect 

We do not sell or lease our contact lists to third parties. YOU-DARE keeps a copy of its contact list on the MailChimp server (https://mailchimp.com), which is an e-mail campaigns and newsletters distribution tool. All personal data included in this contact list is used and protected according to MailChimp Privacy Policy, Section 12 (https://bit.ly/2KMmznD). 

We may share contact personal data within the Consortium to send you email for specific dissemination purposes. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal data except to provide dissemination to YOU-DARE, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your data. 

YOU-DARE will disclose your personal data, without notice, only if required to do so by law. 

Storage and deletion of personal data that we collect 

Your rights 

You can request to be removed from our contact list and/or request for your personal data to be deleted at any time by opting to unsubscribe in emails and/or newsletters that you receive from us, or by directly contacting us at gdpr@you-dare.eu
